1.  After I install AdAssassin!, I don't see its toolbar in Internet Explorer and I still get ads & popups
   
   In IE, go to View->Toolbars and make sure the AdAssassin! option is checked, as in the screenshot below:
   
   
   
   
2. I want to kill most ads, but allow them on a certain website.  Can I do this with AdAssassin!?
   
   Yes: simply add the desired website to the 'License to Thrill' list, and it will be exempt from ad cleanup.  To allow a website to open popups, use the 'Allow Popups Here' button or the drop-down toolbar menu option.
   
   
3. I like that popups are killed automatically, but what about in-page ads?
   
   AdAssassin! comes with a default list of ad URLs that will be cleaned up.  You can manually add URLs to this list (see here for a screenshot), but the way to automate in-page ad cleanup is to sign up for AssassinNet (see here for a screenshot), which provides you with a dynamic and regularly updated list of in-page ads that will be killed.
